Plan Your Visit
Parents and Guardians are welcome to communicate with the school regarding the academic progress and well-being of their wards. To ensure smooth and effective communication, the following visiting hours and procedures are to be followed.
Principal
8:30 A.M. – 11:30 A.M.
School Office
8:30 A.M. – 11:30 A.M.
Teachers
After school hours, by prior appointment and with the permission of the Principal.
Meeting the Principal or Teachers
- Parents/Guardians wishing to meet the Principal should do so during the allotted visiting hours.
- For academic matters, parents/guardians may meet the concerned subject teacher or Class Teacher after school hours with the Principal's permission.
- Parents/Guardians wishing to meet the Principal or a teacher are required to obtain and submit a Visitor's Slip from the School Office for approval.
- The Visitor's Slip should contain the necessary details and clearly state the purpose of the visit.
- Parents/Guardians are requested to provide a brief written statement of the matter they wish to discuss, wherever necessary, to facilitate prompt attention.
- Meetings should be kept brief and purposeful, respecting the time of the school authorities and other parents.
Important Note
Visiting hours are subject to change and depend upon the availability and presence of the Principal on the school campus.
In case of an urgent matter, parents/guardians may request an appointment with the Principal.
No school business will be transacted during holidays or vacations.
